The Course Directors of the 2024 RUSH into GI Conference invite the submission of abstracts on one of the categories in hepatology and Gastroenterology listed below. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive update on the status of research and stimulate collaborations, recruitment of subjects, and ideas for developing other studies. Authors may submit abstracts of completed work, work in progress, or work presented elsewhere within the past 12 months. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed and selected for poster display.
RUSH into GI gladly accepts a recent abstract that was previously presented at a major academic conference.

Abstract Formatting Instructions

Limit abstracts to one page, typed in 12-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced with one-inch
margins, and left justified.

Organize the abstract into Background/Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Define all abbreviations. Include the abstract category, abstract title, full names and institutional affiliations of all authors, and email address of the corresponding author at the top of the abstract.

Abstracts must not contain copyrighted material unless the author has obtained permission. Indicate at the bottom of the page if the abstract has been presented elsewhere and at what meeting.
***Submitted abstracts not meeting the above specifications will be returned.
Poster Instructions
Awarded poster abstracts should be printed using landscape orientation (36 inches high x 48 inches wide). Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference, and authors DO NOT
need to be present at the conference.
